After I pulled into the garage the garage door "exploded." I believed the culprit to be my recently installed Genie garage door opener so I called their customer service number. They said they'd get back to me within a week. Another repairman (clothes washer) was in the house and looked at the garage door damage. We both agreed the door and rails probably would have to be repalced. Called Precision, as you service my garage door. The person who answered the phone was professional and courteous and promised a repairman would be there within 2 hours. He arrived in 45 minutes, assessed the damage, gave me an estimate, and repaired the door in less than an hour and within $2 of the estimate. The door operates better and quieter than it ever has. The repairman was courteous, knowledgable, capable, and efficient. Precision Doors gets an A grade on this one. ARN

Jeff Williams is one of the best service technicians of any kind I've ever encountered. He had a very difficult access challenge on my project, solved it perfectly, detected a more complex problem than first expected, ordered the prop, installed it as soon as it arrived, and did all this with immense courtesy, warmth, and professionalism.

The tech that came to check my door was Tony. He was very good at explaining why my door was making so much noisy when opening and closing. He gave me options and I decided to have him repair it. It need 2 new springs, which were very expensive,but he made me feel confident in him and his work. I chose your compay because of your hours of operation. I didn't have to lose time from work. I hope all your techs are like Tony.

He also explained things so we could understand which is very much appreciated. The spring broke on my garage door and it would not open. I called Precision after opening up the telephone book. The woman who answered the phone was pleasant and professional. Within a two hour window Jeff arrived and examined the door and spring. Jeff explained the options for repair and then went to work on it. When all was finished the garage door was working like a charm.
I will definately recommend Precision to anyone who may ask about garage door repair and installation.

Sam our service tech was outstanding, we have never had to buy a garage door before, he made the experience very easy for us and told us everything he would be doing, and no question was to silly for him, and we loved that there was no hidden fees.
